Lara has been called many things – marketing genius, connector of dots, and seer of the obvious (to her, anyway). She likes to think of herself as a holistic thinker, someone who sees the big picture and can pick out the important bits for moving your marketing and your business forward.
With extensive experience building multiplatform marketing programs and promotions for high profile entertainment and consumer brands, Lara brings creative flair, integrity, and a straightforward approach to all of her work. Her deep understanding of the entire marketing mix – including advertising, publicity, promotions, digital & social media, licensing, sales, and events – allows her to create brand strategies that enhance client marketing activities, maximize their marketing dollars, and grow their business.
Lara is a graduate of the University of Virginia. She maintains active membership in numerous professional associations and volunteer organizations including Collective-E Entrepreneur’s Agency, IDEA Health and Fitness Association, and Taproot Foundation. She is a Certified Pilates Instructor and an avid traveler with a particular love for Italy.
Previously, Lara served as Head of Brand Development & Promotions at Classic Media/ Entertainment Rights, where she created promotional campaigns and partnerships for famous brands such as The Lone Ranger, Where’s Waldo?, Underdog, and Lassie. As Director of Promotions Marketing for Cartoon Network & Adult Swim, she supported advertising revenue goals via multiplatform partnerships with leading national brands Campbell’s, Coca-Cola, Kraft, Burger King, Verizon Wireless, and Hasbro, among many others. In addition, Lara held various roles in marketing and promotions for Comedy Central, supporting The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and other network programs; and at Wizards of the Coast, today a subsidiary of toy giant Hasbro, Inc.
